Bernard Sumner (Joy Division, New Order, Electronic...) has formed a new band, Bad Lieutenant. He is accompanied by New Order bandmates Stephen Morris and Phil Cunningham, as well as Blur's Alex James.
The group are giving away the jangly first single 'Sink Or Swim' at Snob Music.
