hi howard

well, you have been waiting for so long to sing this song

my advice would be...

don't be fooled by what you see, or by what you hear, make sure it is a song to all of your friends, cos they will take the challenge to their hearts, challenge their preconceived ideas, and say goodbye to long standing fears

most of all don't crack up, bend your brain, see both sides and throw off your mental chains

and, make sure not to try to be hip and cool, play by the rules, be under the thumb of the cynical few, or laden down by the doom crew

oh, and why not get yourself a mime artist to do some crap dances in your videos/stage performances, that might work :-)

I came, I basked, my jaw dropped.

I now would like to see a

"Hi, I'm a PC using SongSmith -- and I'm a Mac using GarageBand"

commercial!

glad you enjoyed it keith :-)

(one of) the ironic features of this ad is that the computer they use to run this windows program is a mac... presumably using bootcamp, parallels or vmware fusion

Epiphanic, or what?

One's life can be transmogrified into a musical at the click of a mouse.

How unutterably fabulous.

Key question.

Does the software include a 'Sondheim' button?

If not, Microsoft is going to miss out on a very significant demographic.
