Biggest plasma screen yet...

RegHardware reports: [edited]

Panasonic have demonstrated the world's largest HD plasma screen.

Its 150 inch display is composed of 4096 x 2160 pixels (more than four times the current hi-def specification of 1920 x 1080) in an area equivalent to nine conventional 50 inch plasma screens.

Brett says: I wonder if this is Panasonic moving toward supporting the Super Hi Vision format? With approximately half the resolution of its 7,680 x 4,320 pixel specification, screens like this would be perfect for installing in pubs and clubs. And eventually as Blade Runner-style advertising hoardings.

well, panasonic's 103" plasma retails at $70,000... my best guess would be $210,000 for this 'baby'
